FAQ

Before you subscribe

Is there a free trial?: No trial. The Free plan is the on-ramp: $5 of usage each month, one member, and pull request reviews included. Upgrade to Premium when you want a full-library draft, backups, extra seats, and overage.
Can one person buy Premium?: Yes. Premium is $35 / seat / month with a minimum of one seat. That seat includes $35 of usage. Extra members are $35 each and each adds another $35 of included usage.
How do seats work?: Free is one member — invites are blocked. Premium bills per member, 1–15. Adding a member on Premium prorates the current period and raises included usage by $35. Enterprise is unlimited and sales-led.
What happens when included usage is spent?: On Free, work pauses until the next month. Overage cannot be enabled. On Premium, in-flight work finishes. If overage is off, billed usage is clamped to the included amount. If overage is on with a spend cap of at least $5, we auto-charge at 4× the provider rate until the cap.
What happens if I downgrade?: Downgrades take effect at period end. We do not delete your documents. You return to Free: the full-library draft locks again and existing backups expire on the 12-week clock.
What about Enterprise?: Sales-led. Unlimited seats and repos, SAML/OIDC, custom included usage and backup cadence, DPA, audit log, and SLA.
